Where can I have order ship to ?
Currently, we sell our products and ship them only in US and Canada, You can have the mailing address different from billing address or residentail address as far as the mailing to an address in US or Canada. But we will not ship products to a PO BOX, it must be a physical address.
Please inspect your order when received for damage and accuracy. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges if we are notified within 30 days of delivery, no restocking fee. If more than 30 days and less than 60 days, there is 10% restocking fee charged. If more than 60 days, the restocking fee will be 20%. You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) by submitting your E-mail request to sales@bestknob.com, or calling 1-877-489-2990. All returns for defective merchandise or incorrectly shipped items will be returned at our expense.
All products must be returned in re-salable condition in original packaging with all parts and manuals to receive credit. When we receive the merchandise you will be issued a credit or your replacement product(s) will be shipped.
Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we shipped the incorrect items. When signing for your package, be sure to note any outside package damage to the driver. If there is package damage, open the package in front of the driver to inspect the contents before signing. Insurance will not cover packages damaged during shipment unless you inspect before signing.
Each order's weight and package size varies. Currently all shipping rates are determined by either the United Parcel Service or Fedex shipping gateway, as a per piece calculation, or occasionally we will pay or discount shipping costs based on a promotion. Once you begin the check out process your shipping cost will be calculated. Since your order is going to be shipped based on weight, you must input your zip code before you check out. Based on the weight of your order and the location it is being shipped to, you will have the option to choose from several different shipping rates. If you believe the rates are incorrect, or are unable to complete your checkout process, please contact customer service for assistance.

We keep track of warehouse product inventory and availability at real time. Before customers make order, they can see the inventory status. If some products are out of stock, customers will be able to backorder.
