Because the price seems too good to be true, We purchased just one doorknob fixture first to see the quality. When the doorknob arrived it was very good quality. We ended up ordering door knobs, hinges and other door hardware for our entire house. On our second order one of the doorknobs was out of stock, customer service contacted us promptly and upgraded us to a higher quality knob free of charge.
